Jeffery Smith Jr. isn't your average chef. This self-taught maestro, born and raised in Chicago, whips up gourmet comfort food that melts hearts and palates. He traveled the globe, picking up skills from over 35 countries, then returned to LA to launch his catering company, Best Kept Secrets International.
